This applies phpbb as well and I know it from my personal experience :(

1) It isn't that easy to sell a domain + mostly takes a lot of time and effort

1) you need to have at least 50 posts to be able to use signature,
2) there are loads and loads of general topics (for example, x sports team vs y team,…
